Humphreys Real Estate isn’t your average real estate agency. They’ve traded in the typical agency jargon and unnecessary fluff for a client-first, hyper-local and whole-team approach.
To kick things off, we worked alongside the Humphreys team to design and develop their Capability Statement. This concise document showcases their expertise, focus on the community and commitment to building long-term relationships with clients.
We continued with the Information Memorandum and Property Inspection Flyer design to deliver a suite of on-brand collateral that is straightforward, easy to understand and local – just like Humphreys.
