Winter Challenge Tas

Under new management after a four-year hiatus, the Winter Challenge held on Tasmania’s pristine east coast, was in dire need of a rebrand.

Starting with the identity, the focus was to keep a professional yet approachable feel to the event that’s focused on providing an equally high-quality experience for professionals and families alike.

By using muted winter tones inspired by the coast, iconography of each stage of the multi-sport event, and a frosty reminder that it’s held in the depth of Tassie’s winter, the logo system was born.

We then designed and built the website, by compiling clear information making entering the event, finding information and contacting event organisers a breeze for prospective racegoers.

The implemented design solutions have seen a great increase in entries to the event months before commencing and has produced a great deal of hype and interest back to the small town of Orford, where the event is held, benefiting local businesses from accommodation, tourism and restaurants/cafes in the area.
